Orlando area schools are on spring break the week of March 15th – 19th. There are not as many activities for kids as in years past, but there still are some really fun options out there for those who are interested. Whether your child is into art, theatre, sports, or the outdoors, there is a spring break camp for you.

We have put together a list of some of the very best camps in the area to help make your decision a little easier.

SAI Academy & OCYS Spring Break Soccer Camp

If your kids play soccer you won’t want to miss this fun and challenging soccer camp experience. We have partnered with Orlando City Youth Soccer Club to bring you this 4 day camp. Training will take place at the Seminole Soccer Complex, home base for both of our organizations.

This Spring Break Soccer Camp starts on March 15th and will run until the 18th. It is open to both boys and girls ages 9 to 15, with the players being grouped based on both age and ability level. Our camps focus on providing a real opportunity for development within the game. The combination of our training curriculum and the high level coaches at OCYS is sure to result in one of the best soccer events of the year.

Seminole County Eco Adventure Spring Break Camp

The perfect spring break camp for the kid that loves the outdoors! Seminole County has organized a fun and educational experience that is committed to promoting individual growth and environmental awareness. Campers will spend the week learning about fishing, hiking, dip-netting, craft making, and more.

Central Florida Vocal Arts Virtual Camp

The only virtual option on this list, the Central Florida Vocal Arts organization is hosting a spring break camp dedicated to teaching the ins and outs of the vocal arts. If your child is interested in singing and wants to hone their skills, this is the camp to register for this year.

Their program focuses on improving the campers ability to audition, interpret songs, improvise, and overall use their vocal talents to the best of their abilities. The virtual option is an added bonus due to the current concerns around group activities.

Garden Theatre Spring Break Camps

This is the most expansive collection of spring break camps available to kids that are interested in theatre or art in general. Every age level is covered and classes are structured around the skill level of the campers. For students in 1st through 3rd grade they are offering Seussical Kids, a musical opportunity for young performers that will cover many of the Dr. Seuss classics. If your child is more into the pop hits of today, then the Your Pop Musical camp is for you. This camp will allow for attendees to create their own original music and is for students in 3rd through 6th grade.

If theatre design is something your children might be into consider registering for the Design Intensive camp. Campers will learn the ins and outs of costumes, sets, and lights; with the opportunity to design sets of their own throughout this educational week. The Design Intensive camp is for kids in grades 3 – 9. Rounding out the expansive selection of spring break camps is the Musical Theatre Scene Study camp for grades 7 – 12. This one is for the theatre lover and will provide the opportunity for attendees to learn the techniques of storytelling. The focus of this camp will be iconic broadway musical numbers.

Extreme Youth Sports Spring Break Camp

This is the most diverse and cost effective of all the spring break camps on this list. The Extreme Youth Sports Camp will run the entire week of spring break and is a full day event. If your kids are between 5 and 12 years old this is a great option for you. They provide a host of different activities and the full day option makes it easier on your own schedule.

This camp includes a morning fitness session, board games, hip hop dance, martial arts, tumbling, playground time, a game room, arts and crafts and more!
